Scope of these pages

This is an information site about moving bitcoin into monero. It explains how the two chains behave, shows a rate calculated from public market data, and links out to a third-party exchange service that performs the actual swap.

We don't hold coins, we don't take deposits, we don't run an order book and we never ask you for keys, seed phrases or personal details. Nothing on this site can move money. Every transaction you make happens either in your own wallet or on the third-party service you choose to visit.

About the figures

The figures in the converter come from a public price feed and are indicative. They refresh when the page loads and they move constantly. A number shown here is not an offer, not a quote you can hold anyone to, and not a prediction. The rate that applies to a swap is the one the exchange service shows you at the moment you accept it, under its own terms.

Block times, address lengths and lock periods described on this site are properties of the Bitcoin and Monero protocols. They're accurate as written, but protocols change, and you should confirm anything you're relying on against current documentation.

Not advice

Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, hold or dispose of anything. Digital assets fluctuate in value and you can lose money holding them. Decisions you make after reading this page are yours.

Third-party destinations

Links to the exchange service are marked as sponsored. We may be compensated when someone uses them. That relationship doesn't change what's written on the page, but you should know about it. The service operates independently of this site, sets its own fees and limits, and asks you to accept its own terms before doing anything. Transactions can't be undone

On-chain transfers are final once broadcast. A payment sent to a mistyped address is not recoverable by us, by the exchange service, or by anyone else. Check every address against the wallet you copied it from before you send.
